Join a financial services firm as a Client Services Administrator in the Eastern suburbs. They are looking for an eager and personable candidate to compliment their friendly team and to help manage the firm's administration.

The role?

  • Support advisers with meeting preparation, conducting research and implementing advice recommendations.
  • Prepare, review and deliver accurate, professional documentation to clients.
  • Partner with advisers to compile Client Portfolio Reviews and coordinate the distribution of review materials.
  • Maintain and update the Xplan database to ensure efficient and accurate client data management.
  • Process new client onboarding packs, review superannuation and investment information and manage general administrative tasks including filing and scanning.

The candidate?

  • Experience in an accounting or financial planning firm and proficient knowledge of ASIC and ATO correspondence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with integrity, accountability, and transparency
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
