Ray White Double Bay is looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support one of our Director's within our award winning sales team

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Full administrative support to Associate Director and Sales Associate

    - Oversee listing marketing preparation and approve all marketing

    - Liaise with the Brand Marketing team and execute Agent Marketing plan

• Campaign management, organising and preparing properties for sale


• Diary management, database management, weekly team meetings and agendas, track KPI's and goals

• Create open packs, vendor reports, EDM's and appraisal packs with support from your Sales Coordinator

• Maintain positive and productive relationships with fellow staff members, suppliers and clients

• Deliver a high level of service and support to the team and your clients, with great attention to detail and ability to execute all tasks within their deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Great attention to detail, exceptional administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience with Vault RE, Brand Central, Google Suite, Canva, PDF Editor or similar systems

Salary package dependent on experience, negotiable for the right candidate, experience and start date.
