  • Plugged into TikTok, Meta, short-form, and emerging trends.
  • Experienced (2–4+ years) in graphic design, content, creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social.
  • Passionate about writing briefs, storyboarding, and pitching scroll-stopping ideas.
  • Obsessed with creative metrics like thumbstop rate, CTR, and CPA.
  • Excited to collaborate with creators and performance marketers.
  • Curious, switched-on, and keen to be surrounded by people who match your drive.
