**Role purpose**:
The purpose of this role is to help TMP create effective content for our clients across APAC.

The Head of Content is responsible for executing content activities defined by TMP, measuring the success of campaigns, making recommendations to increase performance and reporting on the overall success of content throughout the year

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the content department including being accountable for the performance of this function and the members of the team
- Define and execute the content strategy in line with budgets to support business growth and sales objectives. Ensure the content is professional and in line with business strategy.
- Working with client teams, strategists, creatives, digital specialists and other writers across TMP, you and your team will create content in a timely manner that will reach target markets, create awareness and promote business growth and development.
- Make evidence-based recommendations through market research, communicate risks and opportunities for content that meets and exceeds expectations
- Build positive work relationships with clients, lead conversations regarding - presenting work, selling ideas and guiding them towards success. Ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Work with both in region and global leadership, as well as the global creative COE to build and develop a high performing team of writers in APAC (both in-house and freelancers).

.Set appropriate targets for the writers in APAC and support of the team to achieve and exceed these goals and targets
- Help to build and implement effective processes (such as QA) by analysing data relating to client patterns and preferences for the Australian office, so we can deliver great work consistently on a bigger scale in line with company objectives

.Other reasonable requests that may from time to time be necessary for the successful operation of the business

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Constant curiosity
- Understand B2B propositions, audiences and markets

- High level of emotional intelligence that helps you to collaborate with colleagues and with clients
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- Understand marketing fundamentals, and ensure the content output from the team is aligned to client marketing objectives
- High attention to detail and organization skills

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a content role
- Experience in B2B marketing and/or technology marketing preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, or a related discipline is preferable
- Proficient with IT including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading and mentoring a team
