We're Buttr - a creative performance agency helping eComm brands scale fast through bold creative and paid media. We work with some of the most exciting names in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and wellness - and we're growing fast.

We're looking for a Performance Coordinator to join our team. This is a foundational, entry-level role - perfect for someone who's curious about digital marketing, loves data, and wants to build a serious skillset in paid media.

What You'll Be Doing


• Supporting day-to-day management of Meta, Google and TikTok ad accounts


• Building campaigns, ad sets and creatives under the guidance of Performance Strategists


• Monitoring spend, flagging anomalies, and helping keep accounts in top shape


• Assisting in creative testing rollouts and reporting on performance


• Pulling data and helping build weekly and monthly performance reports


• Staying close to platform updates, ad trends, and what's working across accounts

Who We're Looking For

You're not expected to know everything - but you're curious, switched on, and ready to learn fast. You want to understand what makes digital marketing tick, and you're excited to work with a team that moves quickly and cares about doing things well.

You're someone who:


• Has 0–2 years of experience in marketing, media or data-related roles (agency or brand side)


• Is comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and systems (Google Sheets, Looker, Meta Ads Manager etc.)


• Is interested in performance marketing and how creative, data and strategy come together


• Is detail-oriented and proactive - you don't let things slip


• Communicates clearly and isn't afraid to ask questions


• Wants to grow into a strategist, buyer or analyst — and is hungry to level up fast
