Surry Hills, New South Wales, Australia Co-Partnership Full time $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Brand, Packaging, Innovation & Activation

Sydney | Hybrid | Full-time (open to Part-Time)
| November start

We're looking for a proactive Studio Coordinator to join our tight-knit creative agency team. This role is perfect for an admin superstar or recent graduate who wants to bring their organizational and people skills into a creative environment. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the studio, keeping things running smoothly, supporting leadership, and helping the team deliver outstanding creative work.

For the right candidate, this role offers real opportunity for growth, whether you're looking to build a career in studio operations, client services, or beyond, you'll gain hands-on exposure and support to take the next step.

Why Co-Partnership?

We're a specialist brand and packaging agency with a focus on beverage and food. That focus means we work on some of the most dynamic, creative, and commercially exciting projects in the industry. While the client-facing teams are busy shaping brands, your role will be to make sure the studio is set up for success behind the scenes.

  • Get exposure to a creative industry:
You'll be working alongside strategists, designers, and client service professionals, getting a front-row seat to how brand and packaging ideas are built.
  • Opportunity to grow:
This role is designed as a steppingstone. For the right candidate, there's scope to evolve into a bigger role within the agency as you grow your skills and interests.
  • Be part of a close, collaborative team:
We're small enough to know everyone, big enough to work with global brands. You'll be a key part of the day-to-day culture and energy of the studio.
  • Work that fits life:
We work hard, but we also value balance. We believe a healthy life outside of work fuels great performance inside it.
  • Celebrate the wins:
From Friday drinks to team lunches and annual getaways, we make time to connect and celebrate together.

Why this role?

This is a chance to take on a hands-on role where your impact is felt daily. You'll be the go-to support for the Agency Director, Business Manager, and client service team—helping to keep projects, processes, and people on track. For the right candidate, it's also a launchpad into a longer-term career in the creative industry.

What you'll do

  • Support the Agency Director and Business Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Assist the Client Service team with project administration and scheduling.
  • Manage practical studio needs: leadership diaries, financial admin, couriers, supplier orders
  • Help with ongoing improvement of agency processes and systems—bringing ideas and following through on implementation.
  • Keep the office organised, stocked, and running smoothly (tech, supplies, meeting setups).
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, freelancers, and partners as required.
  • Support team initiatives such as events, culture activities, and training.

What we're looking for

Prior experience in an
administrative, office coordinator, or similar role
(internships welcome).

  • A can-do attitude, you like solving problems and keeping things moving.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to pick up new systems.
  • A natural organiser who enjoys supporting others.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Suited to applicants with 1-2 years experience or university graduates looking to start their career

Our Commitment to Junior Talent

At Co-Partnership, we believe in creating meaningful pathways for emerging talent. We recently completed our first internship program, successfully transitioning an intern into full-time work and we're proud advocates for hiring and developing junior team members.

We also recognise that many creative graduates face tough competition when it comes to landing their first role. While this role is not a pathway into a design position, it is a rare opportunity for someone who loves the creative industry but knows their strengths lie in organisation, detail, and making things happen behind the scenes.

If you're a natural organiser with a "Type A" mindset and want to apply those skills in a creative studio environment, we'd love to hear from you.
