We're growing quickly and looking for a hungry, creative 
Junior Designer
 to join the team. This is an 
entry-level role
, designed for someone looking to get their start in the industry and grow fast. You don't need years of experience — just solid fundamentals, a strong portfolio (even if it's personal work), and a sharp eye for design that performs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating graphics and assets for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Supporting the creative team with layouts, storyboards, and content variations
  • Turning creative direction into visuals that are clear, punchy and on-brand
  • Collaborating with editors, strategists, and performance marketers
  • Learning what makes content 
    convert
    , not just look good
  • Spotting trends, refining your skills, and levelling up quickly

Who We're Looking For

You're just starting out — but you're serious about building a creative career. You're curious, switched on, and have a natural instinct for what grabs attention online.You're someone who:

  • Has a strong design portfolio (even if it's uni work or passion projects)
  • Knows their way around Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, but also Canva and CapCut—the modern tools for fast, native results
  • Has a strong visual eye and interest in branding, content, and social media
  • Wants to understand the strategy behind the design
  • Is keen to work fast, ask questions, and learn from a high-performance team
  • Is looking for their first role where they can be 
    in the room
     and 
    in the work

Motion skills are a bonus — but not a must.
