About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Admin Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team at LN Marketing Pty Ltd. This full-time role is based in our Carrum Downs office. Hrs are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday-Friday.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a range of general administrative duties including data entry, processing of orders and filing,
- Handling incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
