Full-Time Reception/Administration - Law Firm (Wheelers Hill)
We are excited to offer a Full-Time Reception/Administration position at our boutique law firm specialising in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, along with Family and Commercial law. The candidate must have prior administrative experience- preferably (though not essential) in legal.
About the Role: This position will involve a variety of key administrative duties, including:
- Meetings with clients to verify their identity
- Processing a large volume of electronic signing documents
- Reception tasks such as answering calls, greeting clients, and managing office communications
- Administration support for our conveyancing teams
- Assisting with general administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Strong typing skills and a keen attention to detail
- Professional work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a friendly, professional disposition
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
