Our client, a global leader in their industry for over 50 years, is seeking a Part-Time Reception & Admin Officer (Monday's and Friday's). A fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual looking to work close to home in a reputable corporate environment.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations while delivering excellent service to clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing meeting room bookings and preparations.
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Handling mail distribution and supporting general administrative duties.
- Answering and managing multiple phone lines with a courteous and efficient phone manner.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Fleet Car Management
- Quickly adapting to new systems and processes as required.
Preferred Experience:
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a business services environment, who is driven, diligent, and professionally presented. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this role.
