Office Administrative Assistant

Location: Mulgrave

Are you organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a career in financial planning? Join our growing advice practice as an Office Administrative Assistant and support our advisers in delivering quality outcomes for clients.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients.
  • Prepare client review packs, SOAs, and reports.
  • Process superannuation rollovers, insurance applications, and investment paperwork.
  • Maintain client records in client data base and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with super funds, investment platforms, and insurers.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication style.
  • Prior admin or client service experience in financial services (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; financial planning experience highly regarded.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years administration or client service experience (financial services preferred but not essential)
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy
  • Full working rights in Australia
