Our NSW operations are expanding, and we're looking for a
hands-on Project Coordinator
to help deliver our service business across hydroseeding, mulch slinging, and blowing projects.

About the role

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate crews, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone with a civil or construction background who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate daily works for field crews based on project requirements.
  • Manage stock control, including ordering, tracking, and reporting.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure WHS compliance across all sites.
  • Monitor job progress, ensuring crews complete pre-starts and daily reporting.
  • Oversee maintenance scheduling for vehicles and equipment.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality, on-time outcomes for clients.

About you

You're an organised and proactive problem-solver who loves keeping projects on track. You take pride in supporting your teams, staying across the details, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

What you'll bring:

  • Civil or construction background (essential).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting or leading field-based teams.
  • Solid understanding of WHS compliance.
  • HR or HC licence (advantageous).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
