About The Role

Reporting to the EPMO Program Manager, the EPMO Coordinator will be the key link between project teams and the Capital Governance framework. You'll support the administration of governance forums, manage approval workflows, and assist in the preparation of reports and analysis across active projects. This role suits someone who enjoys process, structure, and helping teams deliver efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate governance activities, ensuring project approvals and gate reviews progress smoothly
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for Capital Governance meetings, including preparing presentations, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Partner with Finance to align project expenditure requests with the capital expenditure framework
  • Assist project teams in understanding and applying governance processes and toolkits
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of PMO systems, processes, and templates

About You

  • 3+ years' experience as a PMO or Project/Program Coordinator within complex environments
  • Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and governance frameworks
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI)
