Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of multiple client engagements. In this role, you will act as a "mini project manager" coordinating timelines, deliverables, resources, and communication across our consultants, clients, and internal operations teams to ensure client projects and internal initiatives run efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate initiative schedules, milestones, and resource allocations across multiple client initiatives.
  • Track progress against key deliverables and proactively flag risks or delays.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and action registers.
  • Support consultants and delivery leads with workshops, scheduling meetings, and managing dependencies.
  • Assist with quality assurance of deliverables, reviewing materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Facilitate onboarding/offboarding of project resources and ensure internal artefacts (timesheets, mandatory training) are kept up to date.
  • Work with executive leadership team to drive actions both at the executive level as well as across the entire team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project coordination practices and contribute to our delivery frameworks.

Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in project coordination or delivery support within a consultancy, professional services, or technology environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working alongside technical teams (engineering, cloud, or product) and understanding delivery workflows.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and ownership mentality, able to operate autonomously and follow through.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and stakeholder management best practices.
