About the role:

Our client is an Australian owned company providing reliable logistics, freight and supply chain services to premium brands and manufacturers Australia wide. We are now looking for a motivated Logistics Administrator (Junior Fleet Coordinator) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good administrative skills and an interest in logistics to grow their career in a fast-paced industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting daily fleet coordination and scheduling tasks
  • Assisting with container wharf operations and logistics administration
  • Using various systems and applications to manage bookings, records, and data
  • Communicating with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing general administrative support to the logistics team

Requirements:

  • Strong administration background with good computer and system skills
  • A quick learner who is system and application savvy
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Previous exposure to wharf container logistics would be highly advantageous
  • A team player who is eager to learn and grow with the business
  • Able to provide a clean Police Clearance
