We are currently seeking a friendly Logistics Administrator to join our dedicated team and support the efficient operation of our Transport and Fuel Divisions.

The Role/Responsibilities:

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

  • Process daily invoicing and reconciliation
  • Respond to Transport and Fuel customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain compliance documentation for our WAHVA accreditation
  • Completion of end-of-month
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Logistics team

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to ensure your success. This role also offers long-term career growth for individuals looking to build their future in logistics administration.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience (essential) with exposure to accounts payable functions (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
