The Opportunity

We are seeking a
Logistics and Administration Coordinator
to join our Western Australia team. This role plays a critical part in coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with security standards, and supporting the administration of our Perth branch.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the secure and timely transport of valuable consignments for domestic and international clients
  • Prepare and manage all shipment documentation (Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, Export Declaration Numbers)
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and affiliates to provide updates and ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable, payroll preparation, billing, and petty cash management
  • Perform reception duties, general office administration, and system maintenance
  • Support the WA State Manager with reporting and compliance requirements
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with Brink's strict security, safety, and compliance standards

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or administration (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn internal systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • A professional and client-focused approach with a "can do" attitude
