We are working with our tier 1 mining client recruiting for a Site Administrator to join their team. This is an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, and the successful candidate will be on an 8/6 roster.

Description:

  • FIFO site admin experience - role will be based mostly at Christmas Creek & Eliwana.
  • Work with a B2B and consistently collaborate as a team.
  • Able to work unsupervised and liaise with the logistics team around travel and logistics for the team and subcontractors.
  • Organise the day-to-day admin around the office, including car maintenance, daily meetings, and logistics with travel and deliveries to site.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, OneNote & SharePoint.
  • Experience with SAM Workflow – preferred but not essential.
