Perth, Western Australia HPS Transport Full time $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Join our team Operations department as a Logistics Administrator at our Canning Vale Depot. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will use your industry expertise to provide accurate and efficient support to our operations team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Monday to Friday and every third Saturday
  • 7:00am start
  • Book incoming freight for delivery to end receiver
  • Utilising JAIX transport management system
  • Answering phone calls, emails and customer queries
  • Participate in a customer service roster
  • Operate forklift equipment to safely load, unload and move goods across the warehouse areas.
  • Conduct daily stock-takes and maintain accompanying paperwork/connotes
  • Keep the warehouse organised, clean and compliant with all WHS and site safety procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse and admin support as required

Experience and qualifications:

  • Forklift Licence (required)
  • Transport industry experience highly regarded
  • Good computer literacy - confident and competent with Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
