Our growing business is seeking an Automotive Management Professional to expertly leverage one of Melbourne's best Used Car opportunities.
Sitting at the entrance to Melbourne's famed Automotive Golden Mile, Brighton Ford's Used Car display can hold over 100 retailable vehicles. Our customer focussed, high profile business provides a driven, professional, spirited leader with an unrivalled opportunity to demonstrate their Automotive management capabilities.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous success in:
- Leading automotive sales teams to customer experience, volume and profitability success with a strong adherence to process.
- Expert management of sales process, lead management and driving a high-performance sales team culture.
- Ability to ensure timely and organised vehicle stock flow, vehicle display quality and online marketing presence.
