Motor Vehicle Administrator

Ringwood | Automotive Dealership | Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Administrator to join our busy dealership. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for managing dealership administration across multiple yards and multiple locations with accuracy and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with VicRoads requirements, and providing seamless support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales paperwork
  • Processing deals
  • Maintain vehicle stock control and records
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across all dealership documentation
  • Working with the CFO to ensure data accuracy for reporting.
  • Liaising with sales teams, management, and external providers.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a motor vehicle dealership (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of VicRoads systems and compliance requirements.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
