About the Role:

As a Sales Cadet, you'll be at the forefront of the customer experience, learning all aspects of the sales process while being mentored by experienced professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Gain in-depth product knowledge across the entire vehicle range.
  • Provide tailored advice and service based on individual customer needs.
  • Support customers throughout the entire sales journey - from test drives to aftercare.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance and Aftercare.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
  • Learn to resolve queries and concerns with confidence and care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
  • An interest in the automotive industry or prior exposure to vehicle sales.
  • Sales knowledge or experience will be highly regarded.
