Purpose of the role

Drive the development and delivery of end-to-end marketing communication plans, ensuring clarity on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables across Youi's Marketing, Media, and Creative teams. This role translates marketing strategy into clear, coordinated communication flight plans across all channels.

Key priorities

  • Develop and maintain Youi's master marketing communications plan aligned to business and consumer needs.
  • Translate strategy into clear quarterly and annual plans with defined roles, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide direction to Media, Creative, and Production teams on required creative outputs by channel.
  • Ensure campaign deadlines are realistic, well-communicated, and achievable.
  • Coordinate seamless end-to-end campaign delivery to maximise team efficiency and resource use.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and ways of working.
  • Leverage Wrike to manage workflow, improve visibility, and support on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance campaign innovation and impact.
  • Support campaign measurement and use data insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Champion Youi's values and promote a positive, growth-focused team culture.

About you
Experience & Knowledge:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in comms or media planning, ideally within advertising, digital, or media agencies
  • Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong project management skills and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • In-depth knowledge of media channels, including digital, social, and emerging platforms
  • Strong understanding of Australian consumer behaviour and media trends
  • Skilled at aligning creative and media for audience-first execution
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from diverse data sources
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of managing a varied workload
  • Collaborative, articulate communicator with a positive, growth-focused attitude

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
