Our incredible Client is seeking a wonderful Disability Support Worker to join their fantastic team. Do you have a passion to support an individual to live their best life? If so, then this is the role for you

Our Client really enjoys attending the gym, going for a coffee in the hinterland and visiting various outdoor locations such as the beach or parks.

We are looking for Disability Support Workers with an adaptable, resilient and caring personality who can support on all kinds of days. This role involves supporting our Client with personal care, hoisting, domestic assistance and community access. Manual handling experience is preferred.

There is a range of shifts available. We are looking for Disability Support Workers who could assist with various daytime shifts that range between the hours of 6am to 10pm. We are also seeking someone to assist with active overnight shifts from 10pm to 6am.

**The base hourly rate for weekdays between the hours of 6am to 8pm is $31.96/hr. The hourly rate for active night shift from midnight to 6am is $35.58/hr. Our Saturday rate is $43.63/hr and Sunday is $55.79/hr (Pay rates are not negotiable).**

You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals

- Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
- Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (preferred)
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Have a genuine desire to positively impact people's lives
- Manual handling experience (preferred)
