About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager/Multimedia Specialists, you will spearhead strategic digital campaigns and e-commerce initiatives, helping us reach ambitious revenue goals while enhancing the overall customer experience. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a talented digital team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and partner with top-tier agencies to ensure seamless, data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality digital media including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive content to support brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- Implement multimedia strategies across a variety of digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media, to drive customer engagement and align with company growth objectives.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across all business channels, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Work with creative, IT, and merchandising teams to produce innovative multimedia solutions and enhance user experience across platforms.
- Drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty through innovative campaigns and performance marketing.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify) to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and refine campaigns to deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with internal creative, tech, and merchandising teams to enhance the digital customer journey and user experience.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets, ensuring every dollar drives results.

About You
- Proven experience in multimedia production and digital content creation, with a strong portfolio that showcases both technical skills and creativity.
- Expertise in multimedia tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar software for graphic design, video editing, and animation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and CRM tools to drive actionable insights.
- A results-driven mindset, with a history of delivering campaigns that exceed performance and revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A creative problem-solver with the technical expertise to integrate digital tools and channels seamlessly.
