**About the role**

You will play a critical role in developing new partnerships and strengthening already outstanding relationships with doctors, specialists, case managers and referrers. You will also bring your passion and drive to support our organisational culture and focus on two KEY outcomes: happy clients and happy staff.

**Your main responsibilities will be, but not limited**:

- Promote services to current and future potential doctors, specialists, case managers and referrers through regular and targeted engagement across multiple platforms.
- Develop and drive strategies and initiatives specific to the business development of Total Rehab Solutions. Including, but not limited to, regular meetings and interactions with case managers and coordinating presence and engagement at Community Care Expos and trade shows.
- Conduct relevant reviews to ensure referrers satisfaction.
- Develop strategies and conduct initiatives in response to feedback from referrer and GP satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Work alongside the Sports and Spinal Group management and marketing teams to create new client/market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs.
- Report on case manager conversion and other metrics as a direct result of the impact of this role.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Genuine care for client and patient outcomes and relationships, and the ability to passionately advocate for Sports and Spinal Group.
- Exceptional and adaptive verbal and written communication skills support effective engagement and influence with a broad customer base.
- Understanding client needs and responding with exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in managing customer accounts and growing business to achieve targets.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
- Enjoys creating opportunities, taking on a challenge and embracing change.
- Previous experience within the Allied Health Industry and NDIS is also a plus.

Please note: This regional management role requires travel between Hervey Bay, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with travel primarily focused around Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. As such, a driver’s licence and suitable personal vehicle will be required.
