Based at our Crestmead corporate office, we specialise in delivering high-quality solutions across cleaning, infrastructure maintenance, environmental services, asset and mechanical management, and project coordination.


About the Role

We're seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Crestmead team immediately. This is a hands-on, full-time contract position (6 months) with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment for the right person.

You will provide support across the finance team, with core responsibility for accounts receivable, while also assisting with accounts payable, general ledger tasks, reconciliations, and admin support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform the day-to-day processing of large volume of supplier and contractor client invoices, including matching to purchase orders, in an effective, up to date and accurate manner

  • Accurate GST classification and coding of accounts payable receivable transactions

  • Supplier /customer account creation, management, and reconciliation

  • Implement policy and process improvements

  • Reconciliations of all Bank accounts and other general ledger accounts

  • General support of Finance, Procurement and Administration teams

  • Conduct bank, project, and general ledger reconciliations

  • Competent and confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Provide general finance and administrative support to the team

About You

You'll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable and payable
  • Proficiency with Xero accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A professional attitude, proactive work-ethic and ability to meet deadlines
