**Office Location**: Crestmead, QLD

**The Role**

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Account Manager to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing customer accounts, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales process.

**Key Duties**
- Play a vital part in maintaining and fostering customer relationships
- Achieve set KPI's
- Generate new business & facilitate the onboarding process of customers
- Maintain regular communication with customers
- Consistently update and maintain customer information on our CRM system.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in sales (b2b or b2c)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Solar industry (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- The ability to learn new CRM software and processes
- **Bilingual - English & Mandarin**:

- Above all, a positive attitude

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Crestmead, QLD 4132: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (preferred)
