We are seeking a proactive Credit Support Officer on full-time basis based in Crestmead, Queensland who will be able to effectively and efficiently administer credit department activity to ensure ALM cash flow is maximized; ALM’s credit risk is minimized, and customer service is enhanced.

What you’ll do

Manage all administration enquiries and administration tasks for an allocated state inbox
Open customer credit accounts and update credit limits approved by Credit Management.
100% availability in ALM credit phone queue to answer customer enquiries during work hours
Register securities (ALLPAAP & PMSI)
Sensitive record management
Ensure all customer details are kept up to date
Provide administration support as required to support Credit Officers and Credit Management

What you’ll bring

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in high volume environment and multiple ERP systems
Eye for detail and a good level of data entry speed and accuracy
Proven experience in customer onboarding, PPSR registration and online credit check process
Experience in MS Excel to intermediate level and experience with Dynamics and Sales Force will be an advantage
Self-motivation, confidence, initiative and a positive attitude and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
