About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts. You will be part of a fast-paced and professional kitchen team that services a wide range of offerings – from pizza and casual dining to fine dining, large-scale functions, events, and general kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality dishes with consistent presentation and attention to detail.
  • Work across multiple kitchen sections, including pizza, à la carte, functions, and events.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating in line with venue standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Skilled in multiple facets of cooking, with a strong focus on presentation.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and overnights.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for food.
