About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team full time. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes, uphold consistency, and bring creativity to our Mediterranean-inspired menus. This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic CBD venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard across multiple sections
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency during busy services
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
  • Support and mentor junior kitchen staff as required

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position, or looking to step up
  • Strong understanding of Mediterranean or modern Australian cuisine
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • A team player with a passion for great food and hospitality
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
