About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Take ownership of your section in a high-performing kitchen
  • Deliver dishes that reflect Batch's premium standards
  • Maintain consistency in flavour, portion, and presentation
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu execution and improvements
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Ensure top-level cleanliness, organisation, and compliance
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience as a Chef de Partie, or a Commis ready to step up
  • A passion for contemporary café dining and premium produce
  • Drive, professionalism, and high attention to detail
  • Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
