About the role

Steersons Steakhouse is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in our Sydney CBD location. As a fulltime Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of expertly crafted dishes that showcase our commitment to exceptional quality and flavour. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to exacting standards
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work station
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to the continued development of our culinary team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong technical cooking skills and a keen eye for presentation
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
