We are seeking a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Mode Kitchen & Bar Team and help create unforgettable dining moments for every guest.As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in our kitchen brigade, working closely with our Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine to deliver world-class cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients. Your passion for food, precision, and teamwork will ensure that every dish reflects the quality and craftsmanship synonymous with the Four Seasons brand.**What You'll Do:**
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section
• Ensure all food preparation meets the hotel's standards of excellence, consistency, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station while following food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and refine existing menu items
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management as required
• Support junior team members with training, mentoring, and daily guidance
• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Uphold the highest standards of kitchen operations and guest satisfaction**What You Will Bring:**
• Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
• A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering excellence in every plate
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
