Who we're looking for:

A hunter. Make no mistake, this is a pure hunting role. You get out of bed to hunt. Managing existing customers – not for you. This is a role for someone who loves the excitement of new business growth. We are seeking someone with energy, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Who can convert a technical application to a business conversation.

About the role:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Generating new business sales
  • Generate new leads and cold call prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas.
  • Develop, implement, strategies to capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Foster and develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Work with Solution Architects and technical team to build out client solutions.
  • Proposal geeration
  • Contract negotiation and close.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Contact Centre Solutions sales experience
  • A proven history in business-to-business sales
  • 5+ years new business sales
