With a growing reputation across the industry, RainCo is entering its next phase of expansion, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help strengthen and grow our builder network across Victoria.
Location: Melbourne Victoria
Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 + Car + Super

The Opportunity
As RainCo's BDM, you'll be responsible for:
• Bringing on new builders, developers, and trade partners.
• Managing the accounts you bring in, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring continued growth.
• Representing RainCo in meetings, events, and site visits.
• Collaborating closely with our Director to develop and refine builder programs and partnership strategies.
• Using systems like Shopify, HubSpot, and to manage pipeline, reporting, and follow-ups.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on genuine connection, you enjoy being on the road, visiting sites, and having real conversations that build long-term trust.

About You
You'll bring:
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the building, interiors, or trade industries.
• A builder-first mindset, understanding the importance of reliability, communication, and detail.
• Strong organisational skills and accountability to targets.
• A hands-on, proactive attitude, you follow through, represent the brand with pride, and value relationships over transactions.
• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across metro and regional Victoria.
• Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Experience in building products, plumbing, or bathroom hardware is highly regarded but not essential if you have the right drive and industry awareness.
