About The Role:

  • Coordinate and supervise a large team of Technicians, Apprentices and Supervisors
  • Oversee all service repair work to ensure highest quality of customer service
  • Maintain a safety first culture and provide strong safety leadership through role modelling and mentoring
  • Actively provide coaching, feedback, training and support to Service team
  • Plan and manage all incoming work in line with time and resources
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks and huddles
  • Ad hoc operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the workshop

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Workshop Manager within the heavy automotive industry
  • Heavy Vehicle trade qualifications
  • Ability to drive accountability and efficiency through effective coaching and hands on support
