We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our Truganina facility. This role requires strong leadership, mechanical expertise, and the ability to manage and motivate a team focused on delivering high-quality maintenance and service outcomes.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Managing the workshop service team, overseeing productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Allocating and scheduling capital preparation jobs, ensuring timely delivery of new and used equipment.
- Ensuring all major repairs and maintenance tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Managing short-term rental fleet readiness, quality control, and availability.
- Leading the implementation of systems, procedures, and compliance, including BasePlan and technician scheduling tools.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining strong safety and operational standards.
- Providing mentorship and leadership, conducting regular reviews, and performance management.

**What It Takes to Succeed**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience leading mechanical teams.
- Mechanical Trade Qualification (Light Vehicle qualified applicants encouraged to apply).
- Experience in diesel mechanics (forklift or materials handling equipment highly regarded).
- Strong organisational skills and resilience to manage varied operational demands.
- Good computer proficiency (BasePlan knowledge desirable).
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of building a cohesive, productive team.
