About the role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Sales Business Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the National Sales Department's programs to enhance the performance, compliance, and growth of the Mazda Dealer Network. You will be the backbone of research, reporting, and administration efforts that ensure Mazda's competitive positioning and dealer network excellence.
This position requires a full-time, in-office presence
five days a week
, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Research competitor offers and market trends to support sales strategies.
- Complete regular National Target Price (NTP) analyses and reporting.
- Assist with Sales Manager Excellence Group sessions and maintain sales portal content.
- Support National Sales programs and initiatives.
- Analyse dealer network data and maintain the Dealer Information database.
- Manage relationships with preferred suppliers and administer dealer signage claims.
- Support dealer onboarding, ownership changes, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor and report on Mazda Master Dealer and Mazda Guild program accuracy.
- Manage Dealer Agreement renewals and ensure policy compliance.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports on network performance and expenses.
About You
You hold a tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline and bring 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within retail sales or the automotive industry. You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively across teams. Highly organized with excellent time management, you have a keen attention to detail and are comfortable conducting research, analysing data, and presenting insights clearly and accurately.
