About the Role:

As a Service Development Specialist, you'll enhance Mazda's service programs, pricing strategies, and customer experience. From managing national service pricing to driving dealer program adoption, your work will shape customer retention, dealer performance, and Mazda's reputation. You'll use data, insights, and program management to support the dealer network and keep Mazda ahead of the market.

This position requires a full-time, in-office presence (five days a week) to foster collaboration and effective teamwork, based at our National Head Office in Mulgrave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Recommended Mazda Service Pricing (RMSP), ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Prepare and analyse Retail Labour Rate and Oil Pricing data for executive review.
• Support cost of ownership analysis and service frequency reviews to inform business decisions.
• Drive adoption of Mazda service programs (e.g. Quick-Smart Service, Mazda Vision, Online Service Booking).
• Coordinate Quick-Smart Service audits and national service capacity reviews to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Produce insightful PowerBI reports to monitor dealer performance and program success.
• Partner with dealers, business managers, and internal teams to enhance data accuracy and service processes.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, best practice guides, and service communications.

About You:

You're analytical, detail-focused, and driven by continuous improvement. You thrive in fast-paced environments, using problem-solving and collaboration to deliver results for customers and dealers.

To be successful, you will have:

• Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 3+ years in a business or service development role
• Skilled in data analysis, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communicator with negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of automotive service operations, dealer networks, and retention strategies
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented
