The Opportunity

Are you a true sales hunter with a passion for closing deals and building powerful relationships? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same?

We're on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our high-performing Sales team. You'll lead the charge in identifying, developing, and winning new business, with the freedom to own your pipeline—and the support of a passionate, collaborative team behind you.

The Role

  1. Strategically identify and qualify new opportunities through smart prospecting, effective call cycles, and deep lead analysis
  2. Deliver a seamless sales process—from initial contact to successful onboarding—with the support of senior leadership for closing complex deals
  3. Tailor solutions to each customer's unique needs by understanding and leveraging our full operating model
  4. Support a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a strong start and long-term success
  5. Collaborate across teams and departments, working closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results and client outcomes
  6. Report on sales performance and market trends, contributing valuable insights to the broader business strategy

What We're Looking For

You're not just experienced—you're a closer. You know how to spot an opportunity and turn it into a long-term client. You bring grit, strategy, and a client-first mindset.

  1. 2–3+ years of success in new business development (freight/logistics industry preferred)
  2. Proven track record of smashing sales targets
  3. Strong knowledge of domestic transport, warehousing, or international logistics
  4. Self-starter with resilience, tenacity, and a solutions-focused mindset
  5. Confident communicator and negotiator at all levels
  6. Qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Transport & Logistics (preferred)
