We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – VIC | Electronic Security

OmniVision is on the lookout for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
in
Victoria
to help us grow and take our electronic security solutions to the next level.

We're a fast-growing award-winning security integrator working with leading brands and delivering cutting-edge solutions across government, retail, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.

Now we need a sales star who's ready to open doors, close deals, and make their mark.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving new business and smashing sales targets across VIC.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Working with our technical team to deliver tailored security solutions.
  • Expanding OmniVision's footprint in key industries.
  • Representing OmniVision at events, networking functions, and industry forums.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven BDM or sales experience in electronic security (CCTV, alarms, access control, VMS, intercoms).
  • A natural closer who thrives on results and hitting targets.
  • Strong network in government, retail, or infrastructure sectors (a bonus).
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator.
  • Self-driven, competitive, and hungry for success.
