The role
Use your communication skills and passion for helping others to connect with healthcare professionals and introduce innovative wound care solutions. Whether you are a nurse looking for a change in career, or a sales professional looking to make a difference, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to succeed.

You'll proactively engage with aged care, primary care and community providers through outbound calls and video demonstrations to influence prescribing decisions and drive business growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to primary care, aged care facilities and community providers to identify and qualify leads for our field sales team.
  • Telephone calls and video demonstrations of our Wound Care products and services to healthcare professionals
  • Research client requirements to understand pain points and tailor communication strategies accordingly.
  • Research new business opportunities through various channels (online databases, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Maintain database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities.

To succeed

  • No industry experience required - comprehensive training and support provided
  • Experience as a nurse is desired but not essential
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets in an ethical manner
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills with an ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Intermediate IT competencies in managing multiple software systems.
  • Effective time management skills and administrative capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven and results oriented.
