About the position
We are seeking an experienced and results driven individual to join our team in the role of National Sales Manager for our cleaning division.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth for the cleaning division. This role will play an integral role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, and developing strategies to expand market pipeline and profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identify new business opportunities and trends within the cleaning services industry
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of contracts
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Prepare costings for potential clients
- Assist in preparing and presenting tender proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company's services and competitive

To be successful in this role you will require:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the cleaning services industry would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop professional relationships and networks
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams
