About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and lead the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation - from drafting job ads to conducting interviews. You will be at the heart of connecting candidates with opportunities and ensuring a professional, engaging, and efficient process from start to finish. Building strong relationships with hiring managers will be key — you'll guide them through the recruitment journey and support them in making confident hiring decisions.

You will also support seamless onboarding, ensuring new employees have a positive start and feel connected from day one. Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects, playing an important role in strengthening our people experience.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, requiring a full-time, in-office presence (five days a week) to foster collaboration and effective teamwork, based at our National Head Office in Mulgrave.

About You

You hold, or are working towards, a tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field. You bring at least one year of hands-on recruitment experience and thrive in fast-paced environments where your communication and organisational skills shine.

You are an excellent communicator, capable of adapting your style to engage candidates and stakeholders alike. Your attention to detail ensures every job ad, candidate shortlist, and onboarding document is spot on. Previous exposure to end-to-end recruitment and a genuine passion for people will set you apart.
