What you'll do
  • Partner with SMEs and scale-ups on compliance, tax strategy, advisory, and reporting.
  • Drive efficiency and accuracy through AI-enabled processes and automation.
  • Mentor junior accountants and contribute to projects that push the firm forward.
What you'll bring
  • 4–6 years in public practice/business services (SMSF experience a plus not essential).
  • Degree in Accounting/Commerce and CA/CPA
  • Confidence with Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks and strong communication skills.
  • Energy, curiosity, and a drive for innovation and ownership.
The package
  • $130k–$150k total package inclusive (commensurate with experience).
  • Hybrid working (Camberwell HQ + remote days), wellness initiatives, and funded PD.
