Lead the Future of Aged Care Built Environments

We're seeking a visionary General Manager – Development to drive Regis' development and refurbishment strategy across our national portfolio. You'll lead high-value projects ($10–$100M), oversee a dedicated development team, and shape the strategic direction of our built-form assets—from new site acquisition to refurbishment and divestment.

How you will make an impact as a General Manager Development

• Shape Regis' property strategy and lead high-value development and refurbishment projects ($10–$100M+).
• Drive strategic asset planning, capital investment strategies, and portfolio optimisation.
• Oversee end-to-end development processes—from site acquisition and feasibility to design, approvals, and delivery.
• Build strategic partnerships with contractors, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in property development and asset management.
• Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What you will bring to the role

• Extensive experience in property development at a senior level, including acquisition and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in property-related fields.
• Proven success in sectors like Aged Care, Retirement Living, high-end residential, or mixed use projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced financial and budgeting expertise, with a sharp analytical mindset.
• Ability to innovate, solve complex problems, and deliver under pressure.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and Australian standards.
