About the Role

Build a career with Vision PT, where you're guaranteed $400+ a week, from the day you start, with zero rent expenses and paid mentorship for your first 3 months. You will earn above the award wage, plus super, plus commissions

Our clientele is primarily 40+, with a high socio-economic status. They are motivated by a desire for long term lifestyle change. With a proven track record of long-term client retention and impressively low turnover, you will play a pivotal role in crafting lasting transformations and effectively tangible, positive change.

· Lead personalised 1:1 training session with eager clients, while we continue to build your database

· Conduct group training sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie

· Provide clients with coaching and accountability, helping them reach their goals

· You'll be paid to dedicate time to growth and develop your skills as a personal trainer

To be successful, you will need

· Certificate IV in Fitness

· Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification

· A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)

· Boxing for Fitness Accreditation

· A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop with us

· A genuine interest in understanding nutrition and macronutrients

· Personal training experience preferred, but not required
