We're now seeking a positive, hands-on Client Relationship Officer to support the Senior Client Relationship Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and brings a mix of admin skills, communication flair, and initiative to the role.

The Role

As the Client Relationship Officer, you'll be the engine room of our team creating opportunities and sparking conversations. This is a high-energy, people-focused role where the effort you put in directly shapes your success.

You'll also assist the Senior Client Relationship Manager in supporting our clients, managing communications, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Client Relationship Manager with day-to-day client and partner communications.
• Assist with administration, database management, and scheduling.
• Help coordinate social media updates and marketing activities.
• Be the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring clients and partners receive timely and friendly support.
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
• Contribute to creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for clients throughout their property journey.
• Prospect and generate leads via phone calls and networking
• Build rapport and start meaningful conversations
• Book appointments and create opportunities
• Be the friendly face (and voice) that opens the first door in the buying journey
