Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Officer / Migration Assistance professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the education industry, skilled in student engagement, and capable of managing admissions and migration-related tasks while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with students, universities, and colleges regarding admission and migration processes.
• Guide students through application, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on education and migration opportunities across social media platforms.
• Support clients with migration-related documentation under supervision.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs while maintaining professional standards.
• Contribute to team growth, client satisfaction, and overall company objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of relevant experience (priority given to experienced candidates).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Passion for the education and migration industry.
• Social media proficiency for outreach and updates.
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
